In a quick running world, even photography become fast.

Increasingly fast and powerful machines, burst shots, quickly filled memory cards: this is the time when people watch less than they shoot, sometimes excessively so. The Pinhole Camera is a different way to photograph and watch, slowly crossing territories and situations, so “old” to be today, revolutionary.

A pinhole, a very tiny hole, photosensitive paper, long exposure times, a primordial shutter and the time to lay glanced around, slowly and lightly. Then, onece impressed the iimage on paper, another journey begins in the darkroom, where the magic begins.

The Pinhole is all that and much more. Just try it and be fascinated!

A mountain village of Abruzzi Apennines range, will become for one day the scenario to be photographed with the pinhole cameras of Sali d’Argento, after a short technical intro. A darkroom session will follow, where the pinhole paper negatives will be developed and contact printed. An unbeatable opportunity to experiment a shooting technique, ancient and new at the same time, in the name of  experimentation.
